This boat-builder started in March 1959 and employed 25 people, building about 25 boats a week with 14, 15, and 17' models. Bill Raschke (formerly of Glass Magic Boats), designed the boats and the company was headed by Walter Helweg of Deanville, Texas. Business manager was Don Thrash; shop manager Merle Joy. (October 30, 1959 Denison Press).
