Skimmar Boats have also been found listed as produced by Aero-Nautical, Inc. at 154 Prospect, Greenwich, Connecticut. This may be the same company as Aero Nautical Boats, Inc. of 97 Garfield, Copiaque, Long Island, New York. In 1957, Lincoln H. Clark was president of the Connecticut Boat Company. Cordo-Glass by the Cordo Chemical Company of Norwalk, Connecticut was used for fiberglass covering.
The Connecticut Boat Co. used US Rubber's Royalite material in the construction of Skimmar Boats (November 6, 1960 New York Times).
