Before offering a boat in 1958, this company was known for gasoline and diesel marine engines. This included the "Meteor" and "Arrowhead" series of engines. The 40' Casa Cruiser is a steel houseboat with twin inboard Red Wing Meteor 100 HP engines. The hull 10-guage welded steel and designed by A. M. Deering, a naval architect.
The Red Wing Model 65 marine engine was adapted in 1958 to Muncie Gear Work's Flexidrive as a inboard/outdrive combination unit.
