This changed in 1959 when a division of Duratech Mfg. Corp., Duratech Fiberglass Boat Company, also of Peekskill, New York, produced and distributed Glass Magic Boats in the Northeast through a contract with Glass Magic, Inc. of Fort Worth, Texas.
