Americraft Boats was a brand used by at least two unique manufacturers:
- Americraft Corporation, a fiberglass boat-builder located in Chicago, Illinois with factories in Wisconsin and Texas.
- Ameri-Craft Boat Co., also a fiberglass boat-builder but located on the East Coast at Packanack Lake, New Jersey. In 1958, it was renamed to the "American Boat Co.", not to be confused with North American Marine which offered "American Boats".
