Charles Bell
San Francisco, California
Charles Bell was a naval architect and expert in fiberglass boat-building. He was a columnist for MotorBoating magazine and wrote the books "How to Build Fiberglass Boats" and "How to Build 15 Fiberglass Boats". These books may have been based on two articles on fiberglass boat covering and building fiberglass baots in the January and February 1954 issues of Motor Boating.
