This 1968 14'Pere Marquette runabout somehow migrated from Michigan to Maine. It is in remarkably good condition for its age. The boat is well built, and very seaworthy. It goes good with a 49 hp outboard, which is the maximum size that it is rated for. I found it with a full canvas top, on the original trailer. The only thing I have had to repair on the boat is the transom. The plywood core had rotted out, so I cut it out, replaced the core, and re-glassed the aft end. Good as new. I have never seen another Pere Marquette, and would love to hear from anyone else who has one.
