Here are a few photos of the restoration of my two 1958 Tomahawks
This is what I started with.
It came with a Fat 50 that was sold.
Steam cleaned the interior.
Striped the boat out and replaced the floor.
Floor was replaced with 7 ply birch plywood. Painted with two coats of oil base paint on the bottom and a layer of fiberglass mat on the top. Stringer under floor are all fiberglass so they did not have to be replaces
Floor has been removed.
Sanding one the deck.
Deck was sanded with 80 grit, 120, 320, 600. During the sanding process bondo was use to fill all nicks, screw holes and gel coat cracks. The hull got the same treatment.
Hull has been painted.
Deack has been painted.
