Hello all,
Getting ready to restore my little dude trailer that carries my 59 Dorsett.
Boat is under cover on a cradel. I am taking the bolt on pieces of the trailer off and geting it
Ready for sand blasting.
Question. How do I get the hubs off the axels? I pulled the outer bearings off, but the hub stays on with the inner bearing. I don't want break anything. How do I take off the hubs?
Thanks,
Mike

a picture would help, but sounds like your inner bearing is stuck or rusted to the axel. try some pb blaster if you can get it in there. john

Should the whole thing just slip off? Or do I need some kind of puller?

should just slip off...but you may be down to needing a puller...post a pic so we can see if you have normal hubs or something weird before getting rough with it...probably time for new bearings anyway...john
