Hello,

This week I stumbled on an abandoned Skagit 17.

It is relatively intact sitting on a trailer on the side of a residential street in San Diego, California.

The trailer has no license plate - I am 100% sure that this is probably a boat that belonged to someone who has died and no-one wants to deal with it anymore. The registration # on the front of the bow is CF-7912-BB.

It has been ticketed as will probably be towed away in the next few days.

If someone in the San Diego area wants to deal with this mess and get ahold of a project boat or needs fittings, etc. for a Skagit 17, this might be a great opportunity. The upper bridge window frame is sitting inside the rear deck area.
