Got rid of the grubbing satellite providers a few months back. Since they don't remove the old dishes and mounts from my roof I took down the "dish" and a "directTV" crap and recycled the ugly things into something useful. Actually needed a stand for the little 5.5 Evinrude. A little field engineering with the welder....and it folds up for storage.

It was just one of those spur of the moment crazy things. Looking at them on the roof and thought of a stand. "I can do that" hits in conjunction with "why not?" Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Besides I needed my larger stand for a '50's Gale that I just bought off Craigslist. The bug bites again!
