this was before removing the foam my stringers are foam filled fiberglass with 1x10s planks on top so i got me a boat so i could go boating last summer and it still has yet to be splashed the guy i bought it from said it needed a floor, i thought easy fix boy was i wrong,i will be splashing it soon tho after a lot of work last summer

the original glass over the rotten wood was so thin the mulch was exposed in places , now its thick enough to stand on its own if the wood ever rots again

i just cut out the splashwell to access the transom since it had damage that neeed ground out from behind and repair before reinstalling

framework for ski locker and bench seat when i finish tabbing it in i will remove the screws and fill the screw holes and glass over, the large holes will have removable and hinged seat cushons with hinges

repairing the engine mount i will later redrill the bolt holes for the top 2 motor mount bolts paint would be easier gelcoat last longer those cracks are gone now

i wrapped the new transom with glass then tabbed it in with filleting, cloth chop strand matt,more cloth then more csm new stringers and transom were tons of sweat
